Why XRP works well for casino deposits
The Ripple network was designed specifically for fast, low-cost transfers, and that carries over directly to casino deposits. A standard XRP transaction confirms in 3-5 seconds, and the network fee is typically a fraction of a cent — small enough that it barely registers against even a modest deposit.
For comparison, a Bitcoin deposit can take anywhere from 10 minutes to an hour to confirm depending on network congestion and how many confirmations the casino requires before crediting your balance.
Casinos that support XRP deposits
Smaller-coin-list casinos on our network didn't list XRP as a supported deposit coin at the time we checked. If XRP support matters to you specifically, stick to the three above and re-verify on the deposit page, since coin lists do get updated over time.
XRP vs. Bitcoin for casino payouts
| Network | Typical confirmation | Typical fee |
|---|---|---|
| XRP (Ripple) | 3 – 5 seconds | < $0.01 |
| Bitcoin (BTC) | 10 – 60 min | $1 – $5+ (congestion-dependent) |
Some exchanges and wallets require a "destination tag" (a secondary numeric code) alongside the wallet address when sending XRP to a casino or exchange account. If the casino's deposit page shows a destination tag, include it exactly — sending XRP without a required destination tag can result in funds that don't credit to your account automatically.
Withdrawing in XRP
All three casinos above that accept XRP deposits also support XRP withdrawals. As with any coin, withdrawal speed depends partly on the casino's internal review process, not just network speed — see our full withdrawal-time comparison for the numbers we measured across all 8 partners.
